Submitting SAP Support Tickets
Purpose: Should users run into glitches within SAP, they can submit an Issue Report Form directly to the SAP team for assistance. These forms are reviewed and assigned to an SAP expert who will reach out to the user with guidance via email.
Important Notes:
- This ticketing system is intended for any unexpected errors, glitches, or requested enhancements within SAP. This does not include access requests. Access requests must be submitted via Zendesk
- Please ensure that you have already reviewed all the SAP support materials (guides, training videos, flow charts etc.) before submitting a ticket. We want to ensure that errors that occur due to human error is not submitted.
