  • Performance and Salary Reviews

The evaluation of an employee’s job performance is done on an ongoing basis by the employee’s manager and other members of management. Performance evaluation is based on the employee’s assigned job duties and other job-related criteria.

Merit increases are based on Company performance, financials and other relevant information and are not guaranteed. A performance review does not always result in an automatic salary increase.

Salary adjustments are occasionally requested or warranted at times other than the employee’s scheduled annual salary reviews. The People Team will review all salary increase/adjustment requests to ensure internal equity and compliance with Company policies and guidelines.

Pay and promotion decisions must be in writing and approved by an authorized representative of the Company to be effective.
