Veriscan ID Kiosk

1. Click on Start button to begin setting up the android tablet.
2. Skip the first connect to mobile network screen as we will not use a sim card
3. Connect to Verano – Devices Wi-Fi
4. Select Don’t Copy
5. Login using your Verano Credentials, you will be presented with Verano branded Microsoft SSO Login after entering your email address.
6. Select I Agree to the Google terms of service page.
7. Accept the Google services page
8. Select Don’t back up
9. On the Set a PIN page, hit the Skip button, then select Skip anyway from the following popup
10. On the Anything else page, select No thanks
11. Open up the Google Play Store (There is an shortcut already added in the bottom right)
12. Click on Search on the lefthand side
13. Type in VeriScan in the search bar and hit enter
14. Install the VeriScan Cloud app
15. Once complete press the home button and use the app drawer (swipe up from the bottom) to find USS Profile Management app.
16. Click on the Default profile that is pre-populated.
17. Select Scanner Settings.
18. Select the Trigger Modes option and change it to Presentation Mode
19. Scroll down to Presentation Same Symbol Timeout(ms) setting in the Scanner settings select it and change the timeout to 2000 and press OK.
20. Go back to the previous menu and select Symbology Settings
21. Match the following settings:   
22. Press home and open up the VeriScan Cloud app
23. You will be presented with a login – you will likely need to create this in the Veriscan Cloud portal (https://veriscancloud.com/Devices)
24. Select the Sign in with EntraID option
25. Specify veranobrands365 for domain then select submit
26. You will be redirected to the devices page (Otherwise Navigate on veriscancloud.com to the access management menu on the lefthand side and select devices)
27. Select Create Login button
28. Create the device login here, naming convention looks like Location-ID-Kiosk, make sure to set the location correctly, disable View Scans from All Devices and click on create.
29. Click on the edit button next to the device login you just created
30. Take note of the Device ID in the bottom left, go ahead and copy that to your clipboard.
31. Go back to the android tablet and in the Veriscan Cloud application login with the Device Login / Password you recently created
32. Go into the Settings and take a look at Readers and make sure Embedded is the only one selected
33. Now navigate to the Interface option, scroll down and toggle Auto Start on.
34. Press the Continue button under Auto Start to enable Display over other apps permissions
35. Scroll down to the option for VeriScan Coud, select it and toggle on the Allow display over other apps toggle
36. Press the back twice or until you are back in the VeriScan Cloud settings
37. Click on Extensions in the Settings menu
38. Install Self-Service Mode
39. You can launch the Self-Service Mode afterwards 
40. On your computer navigate to https://store.sweedpos.com and login
41. Select the appropriate store and navigate to Integrations settings, Settings > Integrations
42. Select the Veriscan Tab
43. Change Operating mode to “Semi-manual check-in”, change Visits remove timeout, min to “10” and toggle the Auto-link document if a customer is found with a full match on ‘Name + DoB’
44. Click on New device id and paste the device ID that you copied earlier from the device login page
45. Save and test!

Verano Milestone App Setup Guide

Step 1: Download the Milestone XProtect Mobile App

Download the app from your respective app store:

• Apple iOS: Download Here
• Android: Download Here

Step 2: Add a Server

1. Open the XProtect Mobile app.
2. Click "Add Server".

1. Select "Add Server Manually".

Step 3: Enter Server Details

• Server Name: Use your location name or Verano (e.g., Zen Leaf Chicago).
• Address: Milestone.Verano.com
• Protocol: HTTPS
• Port Number: 8082
• Click "Continue Login".

Step 4: Sign In

1. Click "Verano SSO".
2. Log in using your email credentials.
